challenging design tasks

Challenge

This project was unique in that it was the first project we took on where all collaborations were done virtually. It was our first projectafterthelock-dons were being lifted.

Achieving design goals

Goal

The client, a chieftain, was looking to build a home that would serve as a reflection of his role as a traditional symbol to his community, while also embracing modern design elements. He wanted a design that would bring the outdoors in, and would reflect his love for nature and the environment.

innovative and ideal solutions

Solution

Our team worked closely with the client to understand his vision and goals. We used virtual tools such as 3D modeling, video conferencing, and online project management software to collaborate with the client and our team members. The process entailed a series of research and technical documentations.

The final design was a stunning example of modern architecture, with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic. The use of natural materials such as wood and stone, as well as the incorporation of traditional symbols and motifs, gave the building a sense of warmth and cultural significance. The use of modern technology such as smart home systems and energy-efficient materials also reflected the client's desire to preserve the traditional and cultural lifestyle of the community while embracing modern living.

The project was a remarkable experience for our team, as it demonstrated the endless opportunities available to virtual work. The client was thrilled with the final design, and the home has become his beloved retreat, reflecting his personal taste and lifestyle, and preserving and promoting his cultural significance in the community.
